Sale condition :

Free cancellation 72 hours from arrival.

Prepayment on reservation of the 1st night or 30% for stays of 2 nights and more

In case of late cancellation 30% of the reservation

No show 100% of the reservation.

In case of early departure the entire stay is due.

The tourist tax is to be paid on site at the current rate.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, after having contacted the customer service of our establishment, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on its website www.mtv.travel.
